It answers. It books. It tells you what it heard.

Your phone rings at 11pm and someone's heater is dead. GreetKeeper picks up, books the morning slot, and leaves the whole conversation waiting for you.

Most missed calls never ring twice

People with a broken heater or a cracked tooth don't leave voicemail. They dial the next shop on the list, and you never learn the job existed.

  • It picks up on the first ring: evenings, weekends, the hour you're under a sink.
  • Nobody waits on hold and nobody hears a beep.
  • You see every call that came in, including the ones that went nowhere.

What happened

  • Rang six times, went to voicemail
  • Caller hung up before the beep
  • Same number dialed another shop a minute later

The same evening without anyone answering. An illustration, not a recording.

Setting it up takes an afternoon

You forward your number when you're ready. Nothing changes for callers until you say so.

  1. Tell it about the business

Hours, services, prices you're happy to quote, and what counts as an emergency. Type it in plain English or point it at your website.

  2. Connect the calendar

Google Calendar and Outlook write directly. Field-service tools like ServiceTitan and Jobber are reached by our webhook through Zapier, which needs a paid Zapier plan. The matrix says exactly which is which.

  3. Forward your number

Send every call, or only the ones you miss, after the number of rings you set. Your existing number stays yours.

  4. Read the first evening back

Transcripts land as calls finish. Most people spend the first week tightening what it says, not wondering whether it worked.

The overage rate, printed

Rosie, Slang, Ruby and AnswerConnect all publish a monthly price and leave out what happens when you go over it. Here's ours.

PlanMonthlyCalls includedAfter that
StarterFor a single location taking calls one line at a time.$49200$0.45 per call
ProfessionalBooking, routing and transfers included, not an add-on.$149750$0.35 per call
ScaleFor busy phones and longer opening hours.$3492,000$0.25 per call

Booking, transfers and routing are on every plan. Rosie keeps booking behind its $149 tier, which is worth checking before you compare the entry prices. Prices checked September 2026.

What it does not do

We have no customers to point at yet. Being straight about the limits is the proof we have.

Questions people ask before they switch

Will my customers know it's not a person?

Many will, and it's better when they do. The greeting can say it's an assistant, take the details and book the slot. Maine law already requires that kind of notice, and Utah requires it verbally for licensed professions like dentistry and law.

What happens when it can't answer something?

It stops guessing. You choose what happens next: transfer to a mobile, take a message, or text whoever is on call. The transcript shows the moment it handed over.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You forward the number you already advertise, and you decide whether that's every call or only the ones you miss, after the number of rings you set.

What does it cost if I have a busy month?

Starter is $49 for 200 calls, then $0.45 a call. The rate is on the pricing page and on your invoice.

Can it book into ServiceTitan or Dentrix?

ServiceTitan is reached through Zapier, not natively: we send a webhook, and you catch it with Webhooks by Zapier on a paid Zapier plan. Dentrix has no Zapier app, so that request reaches your front desk by email, task or sheet. Google Calendar and Outlook are direct writes, and the integration matrix marks all three states.
